Washington, DC – November 2021 – JMA Solutions is proud to announce that the DC Chamber of Commerce has selected Chief Executive Officer Jan Adams, as the recipient of the 2021 Chairman's Choice Award. The Chairman's Choice Award is presented annually to local leaders who demonstrate extraordinary standards of professional excellence, vision, and dedication to the District of Columbia's business community. This recognition was announced at the DC Chamber of Commerce's Chamber's Choice Awards and Gala held at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC, on Friday, November 19th.

This year's theme, "Stronger Together—Our Businesses are Rooted in Community," welcomed over 500 of the region's top business, political, and philanthropic leaders in the DC Metro Area and beyond. During the event, attendees heard remarks from notable individuals, including the Washington DC Mayor, Muriel E. Bowser, President and CEO of the DC Chamber, Angela Franco, Emmy award-winning broadcast journalist and evening news anchor, Shawn Yancy, and more.
Additionally, exceptional individuals and businesses were recognized in a variety of categories, including Business Leader of the Year, Economic Impact, the Humanitarian Award, Community Impact, Lifetime Legacy Award, and more.
As a Grand Reception Sponsor, JMA Solutions' newly announced President, Anthony "Tony" Tisdall, received the honor of presenting the Business of the Year Award to Gelberg Signs, a premier design and full-service sign company located in DC. Other honorees included the CEO of MCN Build, Rudy Seikaly, The Shop Salon, Golden Triangle Business Improvement District, Dr. LaQuandra S. Nesbitt, and Children's National Hospital.
