The 5-year NASA ESIP BPA scope includes support services in: Program Operations Management, Helpdesk Operations, Strategic Planning and Execution, Organization Design (OD), Organizational Change Management (OCM), Service Design and Execution, and Stakeholder Engagement and Outreach.
