JMA Solutions President and CEO Jan Adams recently joined Beverly L. Perry, Partner at Taft Law and former Senior Advisor to Washington, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser, for a special edition of Town Hall with Armstrong Williams on WJLA 24/7 News.

The hour-long conversation brought together two accomplished women whose careers have helped shape the Washington region through leadership in government, business, law and public service.

The discussion explored the experiences that shaped Adams and Perry, the sacrifices behind their success, how Black women navigate positions of leadership and influence, and the responsibility successful leaders have to create opportunities for the next generation.

During the Town Hall conversation, Adams reflected on the lessons and values passed down through family and how those experiences continue to influence her approach to leadership.
