As we move through the early days of 2026, I’ve been reflecting on what truly matters in federal work.

It isn’t volume. It isn’t noise. And it certainly isn’t chasing every opportunity. 

What matters is mission assurance.

For more than two decades, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams that support complex, high-stakes federal programs, often behind the scenes, often under pressure, and always with a deep sense of responsibility to the mission and the people who depend on it. 

The most successful programs I’ve seen share a few common traits:

• Steady leadership

• Institutional knowledge

• Teams that stay when things get hard 

At JMA Solutions, we’ve built our reputation by showing up consistently, through recompetes, transitions, government shutdowns, and change. Not with fanfare, but with focus. 

As we look ahead, my priority remains the same:

Building resilient teams. Strengthening long-term partnerships. Ensuring continuity where it matters most.

That’s how trust is earned in this space. And that’s how missions succeed.

JMA Awarded FAA Operations Support and Engineering Services Contract

JMA is proud to announce that we have been awarded the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Operations Support and Engineering Services support task contract. This award represents a successful competitive recompete, continuing JMA’s long-standing support of critical National Defense Program (NDP) work as it enters a new phase of performance.

Valued at approximately $27 million over the next several years, the contract reflects the FAA’s continued confidence in JMA’s technical expertise, operational excellence, and unwavering commitment to mission success. Being selected through a competitive process reinforces JMA’s proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions while meeting the evolving needs of our federal customers.

JMA is also pleased to continue this work in partnership with AOC Solutions, building on a strong collaboration that has supported successful outcomes for the FAA over multiple years. Together, we look forward to further strengthening this partnership and delivering innovative, reliable support throughout the contract period.

This award underscores JMA’s dedication to supporting critical aviation and defense missions and reinforces our role as a trusted partner to federal agencies nationwide.

Team JMA Steps Up to the Plate Again this Year for Project Giveback 2025

Community has always been at the heart of JMA’s mission, and this year was no exception. Team JMA proudly continued our annual tradition of supporting Project Giveback, a long-standing initiative dedicated to feeding families throughout the DC region.

For us, giving back isn’t just a seasonal activity — it’s a core value that strengthens who we are as a company. This year, our team rolled up their sleeves to help assemble food boxes, contributed donations to support the broader program, and partnered with our community school, Jefferson Academy, to provide more than twenty families with full Thanksgiving meals.

Watching our staff, partners, and community come together reminds us why service matters. It deepens our connection to the neighborhoods we serve, it strengthens our unity as a team, and it fuels our commitment to making a meaningful impact year-round.
