JA Career Day

This winter, JMA’s Senior Vice President & COO, Avis Dillard-Bullock, spent an inspiring afternoon with students at Jefferson Academy, sharing how her distinguished service in the U.S. Air Force laid the foundation for her successful civilian career. More than just a career fair, this event served as a pathway fair—offering students a broader look at the many routes to success, including military service, skilled trades, college, and entrepreneurship.

At JMA, we believe in the power of diverse experiences. Many of our own professionals, including veterans, bring unique strengths and leadership skills gained through military service. We’re proud to support young minds in discovering their best-fit paths and to show that success is not one-size-fits-all—it’s about finding what works for you.
